* Ages of pets must be
between 8 weeks and 8 years to qualify - membership for
life
* Routine procedures not
covered (check ups, elective surgery etc)
* Preventative treatment,
vaccinations, desexing, pregnancy, congenital or hereditary defects,
or conditions showing clinical signs before taking out the
insurance, are not covered
* No claims will be paid
unless Petsure has proof of microchip insertion
* Microchips are available
from Petsure, your local vet or SPCA.
* Your vet will inject the
microchip painlessly under the loose skin of your
pet.
* A Petsure claim form is
available for claims - must be submitted with the vet's
account
* Claims are paid directly to
